Summary0002723: Auto configure registration server
DescriptionIf the registration.url is empty, auto configure the node as the registration server. This saves the manual step of inserting into sym_node, sym_node_security, and sym_node_identity. It's already being done in the Pro version, so we're just enabling this parameter:

auto.insert.registration.svr.if.not.found=true
