Summary0002557: Parameter to allow reload channel to block or not block other channels
DescriptionThe default behavior of the initial load and reload events is to block the other channels, which is meant to queue up changes occurring during the initial load until afterwards so the changes are in order. Add a new parameter to change the behavior so channels are not blocked. One use case is adding new tables to an existing live sync installation, where the new tables are not being changed during the load, but the existing tables need to continue syncing in near real time.
