Summary0002807: DBCompare should process tables that have a PK mapped in a transform, even if they don't have a physical PK
DescriptionCurrently, if a source table doesn't have a physical primary key, DBCompare will skip that table. We should continue to process that table if there is a PK mapped a transform for that table, and use that logical PK for ordering.
