Summary0004866: Expandable trigger support for trigger names
DescriptionExpandable trigger support to use the resolved table name instead of the trigger id when naming the insert, update, and delete triggers. Just like wildcards using the trigger id could create duplicate trigger names and only the first instance will install properly. Using the resolved name instead will allow the triggers to be created and maintained.
