Summary0005720: sym_node trigger should capture changes even if auto.sync.configuration is set to false
DescriptionRight now, if auto.sync.configuration is set to false, all SymmetricDS table triggers are set to not capture changes except for sym_node_host.
This turns off the capture of sym_node table changes).
We really should always capture sym_node table changes.
