Summary0005904: LOB data does not sync when sending a load with use_stream_lobs=1
DescriptionWhen sending a load using a trigger that has use_stream_lobs=1, LOB data is not included, so any LOB columns have null values. This occurs when the initial.load.concat.csv.in.sql.enabled and initial.load.use.column.templates.enabled parameters are set to their default values of false.
