Summary0005983: Improve accuracy of CPU monitor
DescriptionImprove the accuracy of the CPU monitor by using an external tool or API call. It currently uses a sampling technique that measures the CPU processing time of the thread divided by the number of processors. Linux and Mac OSX could call "top" and Windows can query Get-WmiObject from powershell.
