Summary0006172: Windows service executable that launches Java
DescriptionUse an executable in a fixed location for the WIndows service executable that can find and launch Java. When the Java executable (java.exe or javaw, exe) is used as the command to run for the Windows service, it's path can change after upgrades, which causes the service to fail. By using a "sym_service.exe" executable in the SymmetricDS "bin" sub-directory, the Windows service should always be able to run it.
Tagssym/sym_service
