| Description | When a source node routes changes, it can put the changes in one batch and also create an unrouted batch if there are multiple routers involved. Routing makes the decision to create an unrouted batch if a router returns no nodes as the destination. Instead, it should wait for the result of all routers before deciding to create an unrouted batch. | ||||
